to use as we had a bad experience when buying a house in France.
We have been really impressed with the level of service, support and
honesty we have received from intially buying the property to managing
extensive renovations with very large new builds.
Reneta has managed all aspects, even to arrange delivery of items to
the house and to be there to accept them for us.

The service we have had from Premium properties has been exceptional ,from the initial visit to properties with Renata and Sveti and our choice of one shown to us ,we would have been totally lost without their help from the outset.
The myriad buying process stage by stage from Notary to lawyers and setting up a bank account went without any problems and we were kept fully aware of all that was happening through mail and phone calls nothing was too small for Renata this made us both feel safe in her hands .
The after service from Premium Properties, from builders to sorting out taxes etc was and still is amazing to us, all we have to do is phone them or mail them and any problem is sorted ,try that with our estate agents !!.
