This house is situated in a pretty village in the marvelous Sliven area, 15 km away from the picturesque town of Sliven and just 2km far from the main E-773 road between Burgas and Sofia. The closest airport is only 100 km far from the village and it is in the big town of Bourgas. The house is one- storey, situated in the outskirts of a quiet and neat village and from there is revealed a picturesque view towards the big and gorgeous “Stara Planina” mountain.
It offers accommodation of 110sq.m living area distributed in the following manner:
External staircase leads to the first floor where is located a corridor, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a small terrace, bathroom/WC.
The house is solid built and is presented in good condition but it needs some refreshment, plastering of the walls, and modernizing. The house overlooks a beautiful yard of 1150 sq.m with fruit trees and trellis-vine. There you can plant vegetables or make a lovely flower garden.
