The solid two-storey house is situated in a village which benefit from nice location - 45km is the distance to the biggest coastal city of Varna and its international airport and there is a very big fishing lake only few km away.
The village provides comparatively well developed infrastructure and there is a regular bus transport to Varna and the other villages in the vicinity.
